Vintage Christmas Wrapping Paper

on

The last time we went to Germany, along with a thousand and one pots we bought a great big stack of retro wrapping paper. The idea was that with Christmas approaching, it’d be easy enough to flog it on for a small fortune. Small fortune has not appeared. I’m not sure why: I think the wrapping paper is brilliant. I’ve attempted to take some pictures, but they’ve really not worked. So I’ll take it in to work this week and scan it in. This was the attempt:

Weihnachtspapier

The purple one is strange. It’s as if photographs have been taken of the baubles and then printed on paper. Actually, that’s probably exactly what’s happened!

I’ll do my best to get some better pictures/scans of the rest this week.

It was all still in its original packaging, so presumably just never got used! I love it – I can’t understand how anyone couldn’t 🙂

Maybe because of the problems with post before Christmas PEOPLE ARE NOT buying. I hear there is snow in UK? 😉
