Pinch, punch…

…first of the month. Isn’t that what you’re supposed to say?

Well, this is how I’m feeling:

Too much to do! I’m marking GCSE scripts for an exam board who shall remain nameless.  To cut a very long story short, they messed up meaning I’ve got less than half the time of everyone else to meet a deadline for marking for this Sunday. On top of that, I’ve got my own school marking and planning to do. Despite it being half term, plans made means I’ve really only got this evening, tomorrow morning and then the weekend to get it all done. Aargh!

On the plus side, May was my best month ever for views on the blog – over 4,000 so thanks to everyone who keeps coming back. Clearly my ramblings and terrible pictures are striking a chord somewhere!

Hope your June is off to a more exciting start than mine. At least the sun is shining this evening. Don’t be alarmed if I don’t post anything for a few days. There’s a whole lot of pottery to my right as I type that’s whispering in my ear about being showcased but it’ll just have to wait until I’ve got the time to give it some attention.

come on emma, leave the academic stuff, that pottery is far more aesthetically necessary,
    we need to see it…………………
